COMMISSIONS
print & ship
An estimate for the artwork's shipment will be determined. All prints are a standard size of 11x14. Please request if you wish a bigger print.
Steps for commissions
Payment of first deposit.
The first sketch will be sent for revision/approval.
The final sketch will be sent for revision/approval.
Payment of the remaining total.
Commissioned artwork will be sent.
Payments
The payments will be done in two separate transactions.
non-refundable deposit — 50% of the price
final transaction — remaining total*

Why the two separate payments?
& why no refund policy for the first deposit?
To avoid scamming and no compensation for time. This has unfortunately happened in the past. Anecdotally, I've drawn a commissioned piece and received no compensation for it because the client decided to give up mid-commission process or received the final sketch and never paid me. I am a strong believer that artists should be compensated for their work and time. Establishing two separate transactions discourages scammers.
